Terms and Conditions – $5k towards your AV Hire

1. Promoter
Wyhbell Pty Ltd T/A Conference Audio Visual
26 Colemans Road Carrum Downs, VIC, 3201

2. Eligibility
Employees of the Promoter, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition. Additionally, entrants from other Audio Visual Companies are also excluded from participating in this competition.

3. Promotion
The promoter is offering a credit of $5,000 towards the next audio-visual hire with Conference Audio Visual.

4. Exclusions
The $5,000 credit cannot be used for the following:
– Sub rental: Equipment hired from a third party to fulfil the hire agreement, not owned by Wyhbell Pty Ltd.
– Labour Charges: Labour rates, including setup, pack up, and technician labour, are exclusive of this competition.
– Transport and Freight Charges: Any charges related to transporting or freighting audio-visual equipment.

5. Duration
The $5,000 credit will be applied to the customer’s account and can be utilized for any audio-visual hire over the course of 12 months.

6. Expiration
The $5,000 credit will expire 12 months from the date of announcement on the 31st August 2025

7. Competition Announcement
The competition will be drawn and announced on the 31st of August 2024.

8. Agreement to Terms
By participating in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. Modification
The promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition and its terms and conditions at any time without notice, in case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the promoter’s control.

10. Disputes
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

11. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12. Prize Collection
The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

13. Final Decision
The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. Winner Consent
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

15. Winner Publication
The winner’s name will be published on our website and social sites.

16. Promotion Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
